MNB LLC was established in 2004, initially operating as a sole proprietorship. Since 2006, we have been the exclusive official representative of the globally recognized KALDE brand in Armenia.

In 2007, MNB LLC expanded by establishing its own production facility, specializing in the manufacture of PVC pipes, which are widely used in the installation of sewage and ventilation systems. Soon after, the company further expanded its operations to produce polyethylene pipes for drinking water and irrigation systems.

In 2014, the company began collaborating with the renowned Russian company POLITEK, importing polypropylene pipes and fittings for their product range.

Since 2016, MNB LLC has been importing metal-plastic pipes for underfloor heating systems from the Swiss brand JANSEN.

In 2017, the company expanded its partnerships by working with BAYMAK, a leading manufacturer of water heaters and heating boilers, to offer comprehensive heating system services to consumers.

In 2018, MNB LLC enhanced its product portfolio with FITSA-brand fittings for polyethylene pipes.
In the same year, it became one of the major taxpayers in Armenia.

 Throughout its operations, over 100 public and private companies have entrusted MNB LLC with ensuring the quality of their water supply, drainage, and heating systems in large-scale construction projects, including residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, business centers, medical facilities, and shopping malls.
